Arrow-Break Experience

Service Description

Arrow-Breaking is path less traveled and an "experience over things" opportunity I believe everyone deserves! If you are interested in breaking through self-limiting beliefs, wanting to get unstuck and/or transforming into your best self, Arrow-Breaking is for YOU! Arrow-breaks are a way to harness our fear to move beyond what we've been domesticated to believe. You'll be guided by an experienced facilitator who is trained in arrow-breaking and will create a safe and supportive environment for your journey of self-discovery. Your guide, Mishawn, is a Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and a member of the Global Firewalking Alliance. She’s been facilitating and participating in empowerment workshops since 2014. Workshops can stand alone (see Embers and Shards Events) or be incorporated in other events/retreats. Arrow-Breaks can be tailored in length; a rough approximation is ~5mins /person +30-90 minutes dependent on intent.
