I'm teaming up with Callista of Soul Reset Retreats February 22nd thru March 1st, 2025 in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica for a Self Love Healing Retreat centered around immersion with nature and the elements . Deepen intimacy with yourself and the earth, water, air, fire and stardust we are all made of.
This is a seven-day event set in the jungle to create a safe space to get in touch with nature, to surrender, let go, and heal your heart. Through transformational breathwork, deep-dive workshops, and self-reflection, you will leave feeling renewed, reset, and refocused.
